Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

Rosedale is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rosedale follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I gave this place more than one chance because I wanted to support a local business, but every visit left me disappointed. The staff is consistently cold, rude, and unwelcoming. Instead of making customers feel appreciated, they make you feel like you’re bothering them just by walking through the door. Also I felt ill after eating a patty from them. After my most recent experience, I went next door to speak with the owner and explain how unpleasant his staff had been. I genuinely thought he would want to hear customer feedback. Instead, he told me that if I didn’t like the service, I shouldn’t come back. I couldn’t believe that was his response. It became clear that the attitude of the staff reflects the attitude of management. When the owner dismisses concerns instead of addressing them, it’s easy to see why the customer service is so poor. I’ll gladly spend my money somewhere that values and respects its customers.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service here was so poor that I felt compelled to share my experience. If you’re looking to be ignored when you walk in, not greeted, spoken to rudely, and treated like you’re an inconvenience, then this is the place for you. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and customer service seem to be completely absent. The staff consistently came across as unfriendly, dismissive, rude, and unwelcoming, with attitudes that made the entire experience uncomfortable. I guess this is to be expected from a Jamaican establishment.😖 There are two men who work there one with locs and another shorter gentleman as well and a woman who never smiles and face looks unpleasant and mean. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been unpleasant. They come across as unapproachable, and as if they don’t want customers there. It’s incredibly off-putting.🥴🚮 The only exception was one young woman who seemed polite. If you’re lucky enough to be helped by her, your experience may be different. Unfortunately, everyone else I encountered projected such negative energy that it made me question whether I even wanted them preparing my food. A welcoming atmosphere mat

Love this place in theory, that you get access to healthy food. But the customer service is deplorable and they take no accountability for their mistakes. Once I did not receive a fish patty that I paid for. I informed them, and they said come back when the manager is here. I did. They said show me the receipt. The receipt was from the square app and got lost in the shuffle so they ignored it. Fine right… But one day after leaving the store they LITERALLY call on the phone to ask if we got an extra patty to make sure we did not ONE extra. We of course did not. Then one day I, a pescatarian order a patty in person. The guy is bagging them and I point to one that looks crisper, he puts it in the bag. I get home and I’m eating it and because the texture of the fish patties is mushy I couldn’t immediately tell it was beef. I call and the guy says… you pointed to that one. I’m like well tell me what I pointed to, you heard me ask for fish (it was right next to it and labeled veggie!) he said oh… well. No attempts to remedy the situation. Not to mention the time they talked shit about my man in his face! Bruhh Prices raised too.

Food and Drinks all always on point , Definitely will always recommend the place overall! However, the light skin guy with freckles on his face(Skinny build ) has terrible customer service skills , very nonchalant when speaking , doesn’t verbally say yes or no just slowly nods his head , did not greet nor turned his way towards me to acknowledge me while I was talking to him when I first walked in until he walked to the back to check something . I was the only customer so there’s no excuse ! Just seemed very off today, I’ve known the main staff there for years and always showed them nothing but respect and love and vice versa ! Thank you

The best health food place, those power smoothie and veggie patties are the best I've ever had. The staff are Xtra friendly. That raw purple sea moss outstanding.
